How long does picture day usually take?
Every school is different, but we work closely with your staff beforehand to create an efficient schedule that minimizes classroom disruption while still allowing time for authentic portraits.
Do schools need to handle parent questions or ordering?
Nope! We handle all ordering and gallery support directly so the process stays simple for your staff.
Do families order before or after picture day?
Families will receive a private online gallery after picture day and can order only the images they truly love.
Do you offer class photos and staff portraits?
Yes! We offer individual portraits, class photos, staff headshots, sibling images (when requested), and additional school marketing imagery depending on your school’s needs.
What if a student is absent on picture day?
We understand things happen! Makeup day options can be discussed with each school individually.
What should students wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing in neutral tones, soft colors, or simple patterns. Avoid large logos or neon colors when possible — but most importantly, we want children to feel comfortable and like themselves.

How long does it take to receive galleries?
Most galleries are delivered within approximately 2–3 weeks after picture day.
Are you able to work with shy or nervous children?
Absolutely! As a mom myself, I know every child is different. We approach picture day with patience, gentleness, and flexibility. Sometimes the best smiles happen after we stop asking for them entirely
